Rajagopal G (Raj), is an experienced business leader and a healthcare entrepreneur who chartered a career in this sector out of his passion to be part of this growing eco-system and contribute to it meaningfully. Raj is the Founder CEO of KITES Senior Care, a speciality brand in geriatrics based in Bangalore providing geriatric care at home, at Senior Living Facilities and providing for assisted care since 2016.

Raj has varied experience in the field of single specialty healthcare services and he has served as the CEO of Motherhood, a boutique maternity chain & HCG Milann, a leader in the space of reproductive medicine founded by Padma Sri Dr Kamini Rao. Prior to the healthcare foray, Raj has served in various capacities in the corporate world and was part of the Indian Navaratna HPCL, Scottish O&G major Cairn Energy, Time Warner AOL & Eastern Condiments, a large food FMCG player.

His success stories include building/scaling healthcare brands, taking companies through strategic deals (Strategic M&A deals)/ PE fund raising, setting up of businesses (startup/bootstrap)/capital projects including scaling them with improved processes and governance. He strongly believes in effective teams to deliver organizational goals and hence strive to invest, build and grow winning teams.

Raj is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi, an alumnus of ISB, Hyderabad (AMP) and holds a bachelor’s degree in Science from Madras University. He enjoys mentoring start-ups & sharing knowledge with budding businesses.
