Pavithra Gangadharan, a Director in Heritage Elder Care Services Pvt Ltd and Founder of Kshetra Assisted Living, is a Management Graduate from the Indian School of Business. After a brief professional experience as an Administrative Resident in the HR Department at a Children’s Hospital in Ohio, she returned to India to pursue her post-graduation education and establish Kshetra, an assisted living facility for the elderly. After setting up the first facility in 2013, she will be launching a second facility (a specialized unit for Dementia care) in Hyderabad in early 2019.
